I really like this manga! And I really liked the anime too! Not perfect, none of them, but enjoyable and lot of fun!

Yet, we needed 20 years to see this one on tv? WTH is wrong with japan animations studios? They adapt ecchi and boring shonen battle mangas to anime withing 1-2 years but they only animated this good manga after 20 years?

Im thankful they adapted this 20 years later. Otherwise they will have abysmal art and average seiyuus. Retro 90s anime isnt as beautiful as you think they are.

Yup, you should be glad that at least it did receive great adaptation in the end, doesn't matter when it happened exactly :P Some masterpiece-level manga never get adapted, there's nothing we can do about it.

Except this isn't really all that great. It's okay, but nothing to write home about. There are plenty more manga out there far, far better than this that has never and will likely never, ever be adapted into anything, let alone anime. Sometimes, it makes me wish I was like Richie Rich, so I could buy the licenses for those manga and get them adapted into anime.

Well at least it got an adaption, doesn't matter how long it took as long as it got one. There are many many manga that don't even get an adaption even to be completely honest.

Normally they hesitate to animate Seinen series because of sells issue but at least we should be thankful and happy that it got such a great adaptation.

Even then the point remains vaild, it is far better than a generic manga which gets adapted!!
