Akane got some pretty earrings from Inaba this episode and I'd say, they look good on her. Really lighthearted episode, not even much threat from malevolent spirits. The onsen stuff was pretty much expected, seems to be a recurring element in this show almost ever episode now. |

| Now they have a waterfall and Inaba's training will get harder. Hase bringing all those gifts as usual. The new OP and ED are good. |

| Hase came back from his trip to Australia and brought lots of gifts. He's going to be staying for a while. Him acting fatherly with Kuri was cute. Akine looks nice with earrings. The apartment has a waterfall now and Inaba's training is going to be tougher. |

| New OP was great and it seems to highlight the things we knew from the PV. The teachers are mysterious, the new club member is gonna be some crazed girl. This episode brought in the funny stuff Yokai Apartment is known to bring while setting the ground for the deeper stuff. I laughed my ass off when Hase called Yushi "mommy". Also not only is the Landlord some weird blob but he can also build Waterfalls with mountains *inside* an Apartment, bruh....... Good episode. |

| Oh, Hase lowkey calling Inaba his wife again. Heck, he's calling him Ruri's mother and Hase himself is his father. Shut up. Haha. Why is Hase so freaking adorable? Ugh. I honestly ship him with either Inaba or Akine. Hehe. Him giving everyone at the apartment goodies and a ring for Ruriko, then earrings for Akine. Since Hase paid Inaba's month's rent and even his food, he wants Hase to stay at the apartment forever. Lmfao. Inaba, you bastard. Such a hilarious episode. At least, we get to see more of the landlord and he can build a waterfall inside the apartment? What the hell! Then he turned white? What happened? Haha. We're meeting new characters in the next episode. Their new homeroom teacher and a new classmate of theirs. Lozareena this time is the one singing for the ED. I missed the old OP, but I liked the new one, though I loved this new ED more. :) |

| Judging from one of the new Opening's scene... Does it mean Inaba will someday "change" into a girl? Or maybe possess a girl's body? Well forget about that for now. Since it's time for paying the rent, and "thankfully" Hase is coming at the perfect time and can cover Inaba's rent for now. And also the landlord is making a waterfall inside the bathroom. >_< |

| New OP is good, the ED is wack and I can't see how any can like it :S The previous ED had a fire beat, but this one is just boring if you ask me. Great episode as always though. |
