I'm new reading mangas but I want to start reading some heavy plot romance mangas those ones that make you cry a lot (romance pref) but you can recommend me anything you think is worth crying thanks!

You should try Shigatsu wa kimi no uso! Although I am not a fan of music themed manga this one really struck me hard, like I have come to enjoy music thanks to it and the story...really amazing (and sad) :'(

Aku no Hana is a great manga, it has some romance in it but in a very twisted way. Love it.
Oyasumi Punpun is a masterpiece, it also has romance in it which takes an important part.
Koko ni iru yo! is a cute romance manga, it's based on romance.
Onani master kurosawa also has romance in it and is awesome.
Finally, I'd suggest a manwha, which is called The Flowers of Evil, which is based on romance and is very dark and twisted.

Definitely Noragami. Amazing characters, story, art, everything. So much effort is put into this series and I would recommend it to everyone.

Help the industry and buy Blu-rays and DVD's.
Noragami is the best anime ever.

+1 for Oyasumi Punpun, the most depressing thing you'll ever read
+1 for Onani Master Kurosawa
+1 for Berserk
You should check out Annarasumanara and Afterschool War Activities. They're both manwha. The former is heartwarming, while the latter is dark and made me cry a river at the end.

For light romance i suggests reading Relife. it's one of my favorite romance right now.
For real tearjerker Byousoku 5 Centimeter and Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan really did it for me.
For some twisted romance Onanie Master Kurosawa is one of my favorite. Aku no Hana, Boku wa Mari no Naka and other Oshimi Shuzo manga are a different take of romance and a masterpiece for me.

Cat Street is also fantastic. It doesn't have as much romance as the above, but all of the characters are great and it definitely has a lot of very touching moments.
