Hi there as it says in the title I am looking for NTR or Cheating Anime/Manga (doesn't have to be H) where the MC or the partner of the love interest that is being stolen deserves to lose them.

Like in Netorare Zuma: Reiko where the husband will only have sex with the wife when she is dressed up like Idol he loves and only calls her by the Idols name during said sex, so the wife ends up with her husbands friend.

P.S. it helps if the person doing the NTR isn't cliched ugly bastard charter.

Dale Brown's Warrior Class. First you'll hate Deverill like he is the embodiment of every jock who ever bullied you and he is. He is upfront and assertive. He wants Annie when she is so clearly in love with Luger. Then Annie sleeps with him and then you're calling her a naging bitch who can't understand what trauma Luger is going under and she just wants his time. Then you'll realize man, fuck Luger. How could she understand when he's not even letting her in. She deserves better.

Completely not on topic (but I started this so :P)

It's a NTR called Koukai Benjo (aka Public Toilet) which takes place in a school where girls are used by the students as cum dumpsters to help calm students and teachers (kinda like Dropout, but usually with only one girl at time, but in Dropout is usually any student dropouts)

In this story, the main antagonist is trying to take over the student council or something, now the first about him turning the students council president into a cum dumpster, but in the second half it is the story where both people of the couple (a very sweet couple, a very cute meganekko and cute little pervert lol) get NTR'd, the girl by the main antagonist of the series and the boy by a sadistic group of girls, with a lot of BDSM (actually the series has a lot of BDSM), dressing him about as a girl and lot of pegging. Now both of them get lost in the pleasure, but when the boy sees what is happening to his girlfriend he wants to save so he gets out and gets to where they are doing the usual NTR stuff, the boyfriend storms in but he promptly get stopped and dog piled by the antagonists goons and forced to watch his girlfriend getting lost in the pleasure, while she begs him to not look and the antag getting her to say how much she loves his dick, now this where a NTR would normally finish, the MC turning into a sniveling little snot and admitting defeat, but not this series, the antag thinks he has won as she says that about his dick and rubbing that the MC has lost her in his face, where the promply gets out of the dog pile and lamps the antag so hard he goes flying across the room into a pile of desks, the MC goes over to his girl and she says something along the lines he saould move on, she has been ruined and tells her to stop, if she is going to cumdumpster (can't remember the proper termalogy they used) she is going to be his and she will be hers, they delcare there love for each and go at it like rabbits in front of all the people in the classroom, drowning in there lust and love for it other. Now in the anime this is pretty much where it ends, no in the manga it carries and she says that this the last time as they will not let her leave and soon as they stop she will be taken away, to which the antag is finally back on his feet and says she is right, in walks a group of girls (student council I think) cause they found out the antag was feeding them lies and trying to take over the council, they save the couple take them to nurses office for them to be seen to, where the couple wake up, declare their love for each other admit they are sec crazed perverts now and how they are going be each other's cumdumpsters forever and get right at it over and over.

Now, this was so cool, a NTR with a happy and not a contrived one or one where it is left ambiguous to whether they will be able to be happy together anymore. I just remembered one (forgot the title) another one with a lot of BDSM, where the bad guy though lots of setups, like saving a girl from a train molester, over the story he turns the girl into a complete masochist who can't live without the kinky stuff, now in all of this she was in love with her childhood friend, now the bad guy gets arrested towards the end and the girl shows the childhood friend what she has turned into and that she wants to do it with him, following a seen with lots of kink, enemas, etc. Showing that he is in love with her so much he is willing to do what she needs to be happy, next scene she goes and visits the bad guy in prision, to which he thinks she is still his, but she informs she belongs to the childhood friend now and she will never be his again and then she and her now boyfriend go at in front of the buy guy, who starts to react like your normal NTR MC would do when seeing his girlfriend being taken from him lol
