| JC staff are a good studio, actually + they have a similar way of coloring stuff with similar gradients to Madhouse, so it shouldn't look too different unless they do it on purpose. The loss of Shingo Natsume from the project is a huge deal, I doubt season 2 will live up to season 1's unbelievable animation and consistent production values. I'll try to stay optimistic, but the new director seems to be shit. |

| I am hesitant to say that an adaption of a sequel season of any show that Madhouse does will be as good as the previous. This was shown to be true for Gunslinger Girl where the quality drop by Artland was obvious. A somewhat (cheating) counterexample to this would be ChaoS;HEAd which saw some nice visual improvement in the backstory episode for ChäoS;Child. It is not often Madhouse has remakes of their own show, but their "I can do that better" attitude shows their mettle when it comes to remaking shows others have done (*cough* HunterxHunter *cough*). It will be a battle of which superpowered animation studio will come out in first seeing as how each have a repertoire of well- animated shows. |

| One Punch Man is simple enough I don't think you need an experienced director. JC Staff has a really great aesthetic to their shows so I expect OPM to look better than the first season. The only thing which may take a noticeable hit is the action scenes. Some people just worship Madhouse too much, they have not done much since OPM back in 2015. JC Staff has done a ton more in that time its probably better they handle it to be perfectly honest. |
| Madhouse isn't even doing anything right now, I don't see why they backed out after already confirming it, or was Madhouse never actually confirmed for season two? I like JC Staff, but I was hoping for OPM to stay the same since it was already perfect, but now learning about all of these changes is a bit disappointing. I hope JCStaff can do a good job. They sure have big shoes to fill. |

| Bad.News. I love both studios but JStaff was never the best one for pulling consistent overall and diverse animated scenes, Shokugeki no Souma while well animated isnt exactly a show you watch and praise for its fluid animation, but more for the clever shots in which they jump the quality of animation. I dont believe that will work in an action series like OMP. |

| The loss of Shingo Natsume pretty much means season 2 is guaranteed not to have anywhere near the same level of standout animation as season 1, so yeah the change is kinda worrisome. Also, the sound director worked on Berserk 2016 if I'm not mistaken. W E WLAD |
