Did Michael's Tower on Glastonbury Tor inspire a location in this series?

Basically the little tower where the portal to the Academy is.

It looks pretty similar to me. This Tor is said to be the gateway to Avalon.

Awesome, I'm a pretty big Arthurian Legend Geek, which is how I got into Fate/. Nice to see there are other Anime throwing nods.
