| I was thinking about waiting for this title... but when i realized i hit 100% trophies on Heavy Rain i just went ahead and traded it in. Got $50 back :) so i didnt miss much AND im getting ff13 :) so i guess it was a win win. I keep trying to find a cheaper copy of Heavenly Sword but the lowest new copy is still going for $40!?! I've seen many places still selling it for full price! Is the game THAT good? I remember the same thing for Dead Rising for the x360. It didn't drop in price till about 3 years after its release. Crazy. Oh and for the dude above me... better package and SLIGHT improvements in ingame graphics. Nothing to cry about tbh. I still think the x360 will sell more in the americas simply b/c the bigger install base. |

| i didn't get it from a midnight launch. to be honest, i'm not even sure there were any around here. i just went and picked up my pre-order of the limited edition version (on xbox 360) after i finished work this afternoon. took a peek at it on the bus home and i have to admit, it looks pretty nice. but i'm not even going to play it -- it's for my girlfriend. i'm not the biggest FF fan anyway. dragon quest is much more my thing. anyway, i could have picked up the ps3 version (we have both) but she insisted she wanted the xbox one instead. why? achievements. i bet she's not the only person who bought it for that reason either. still, it'd be nice if i could read just one thread about FF13 that doesn't decend into "x is better than y" rather than talking about the game itself. it kind of boggles my mind people are bitching about it being on more than one disk on the x360 when, before the ps3 came along, that was the norm. |
