What Do You Think About the Female Characters?

What do you guys think about the women in this manga? Are they good or bad? What would you guys like to see changed a bit about them? How do you think they helped or harmed the story line?

I personally like Integra a lot, as she's one of the few anime/manga women that come off as real people and not just a love interest, abusive for no good reason or a house wife. It doesn't hurt she's a total badass. Plus, she entertains me a lot with her relationship to Alucard.
