| It's a kid show, watch it with your own children ! There is a chance they end up liking it enough to want to stick with the characters: bravo, you can show them Dragon Ball now. (though I personally would "skip" that strategy and directly introduce them to the series through the first anime.) I'm pretty sure it's how the show gets people to watch it in Japan: parents watching with their children because of nostalgia or to present them Goku. |

| Just think of it as dumb-downed version of the prequels and watch it for the laughs... If you are watching expecting it will turn out as good as DB or DBZ on the long run, you'll just get betrayed. |
| How did you make it to episode 103 in the first place? Episode 104 and 105 are really good. Maybe you need to watch DB and DBZ first? Or maybe you will only like the Dub that uses the Blu Ray of the Anime? If you cant even enjoy watching ep 104 and 105 then just drop it. And lastly, Just read the manga or wait for a good manga adaptation instead. |

| I don't really like it as much as the first one, but I would still watch it. Unless I get bored of it. As a rule of thumb, DON'T force yourself to enjoy something out of guilt, out of the sake of completion, or just because someone suggested it to you. You should be watching it because you actually want to. Or else, it will hurt your enjoyment. |

Yes I have a mean score of 3.68 because unlike you I'm able to give an anime a bad score without feeling guilty about it. Do enlighten me on where I said I feel guilt when I give anime a low rating, because I can't remember ever saying that. The truth is, I just watch what I want to watch and stay away from stuff I'm somewhat convinced I won't like. You should do the same, because having a mean score of 3,68 means you're watching a lot of anime you don't like, which is just silly. For example, why spend ~40 hours on Fairy Tail and DBS if you hate them so much you want to rate them 1/10? There are people that decide whether to drop a certain anime or keep watching it after 3-4 episodes, but you have quite literally watched more than 200 episodes of something you consider absolute trash. How can you stand watching that many episodes if it's a 1/10 anime in your opinion? I seriously doubt there is an anime out there that gets better after 10 episodes, much less 20. Why +100? DBS is a bit of a special case as 1-27 are adaptations of two dragon ball movies, but that still leaves ~75 episodes if you skip those adaptations. |

| 1: I don't know what a detective conan and Crayon Shin-chan is. 2: Kid there's a massive difference between hating something and being able to see that its flaws far outweigh its positives. 3: There's no wrong reason to watch an anime. 4: I didn't start watching super just so I could talk shit about it. Nor did I go into super thinking that it was going to be a raging dumpster fire. I thought super was going to be a true successor to dragon ball z. I noticed shortly after seeing the first 4 or so episodes that the anime was shit but I continued to watch it because it was dragon ball. I was going to give up on it but then I noticed hay I'm not the only one who can see how bad this horrible abomination is. So I started to watch super with friends. Because it's fun to laugh at poorly made anime in the same way it's fun to laugh at movies like the room and video games like sonic 06 There's really no point in saying super is bad because all the real fans of the of the series agree that dragon ball super is a sin far worse than gt. Really the only way you can enjoy super is by turning your brain off. Because most of the characters can be summed up by four to five letters... I don't hate super I'm just grossed out that this is a project with an entire team of writers on it. And somehow all the characters scream. "Original character do not steal" |

But you had to be able to at least Enjoy episode 104, right? If not just drop it. To answer the main question, many people here already gave you tips and tricks on how you might enjoy it more. Also, can you give me the exact dam reasons as why you cant enjoy it? I have the feeling you actually enjoy it. |

In short. Characters that belong in an anime chatroom role-play, shitty fights, boring world, And no tension at all. |

| This show is a torture porn. I love DB and like seeing it's characters again but so far there is one step forward and two steps back with this anime. Bad choreography, bad writing and bad animation. The tournament of power arc could have been better then whole Z itself if it was written like back then.Unfortunately, we are stuck with a shadow of it's former self. |

| Okay kid. If an anime has bad writing, bad animation, and boring fight scenes then what does it have? The answer is fucking nothing. Sao was horrible but at least the animators knew how to make an interesting fight. Dbs no such luck. I'm not asking for the next hunter x hunter I just thought that dragon ball super would be better than Gt but that's not even close to being the case...... An show should have a layer of complexity especially when it intends to take itself seriously. Dragon ball super being no more complex than than teen titans go is a serious problem. |

Most people in this generation who have watched Goku's story have seen it from his adult years (Dragon Ball Z and forward). |

| Let me just start off by saying I have nothing against anyone here aside from the annie fangirl. But I digress. 1: I only started watching this anime with after I noticed it was a raging dumpster fire. 2: Of course you wouldn't think super is bad because you don't have standards. You're just another blind fan rushing to defend something that's clearly trash because you see it through a massive pair of nostalgia goggles . You saw you can see its flaws but I bet you can't even name three. Here I'll name the first two for you. The planets don't have enough characterization this makes the univrses in the show feel shallow and underwhelming. The super dragon balls destroyed any form of tension that the series could have had. Golden fucking freeza 3: I'm looking for alternatives 4: Go cry somewhere else. You came on this thread and immediately started to talk shit just because I don't worship super like you do.
