I did not expect the CG implementation to be this apparent, not necessarily bad but just a bit in-your-face compared to the usual "as minimal & as far away from the foreground as possible." Well, maybe I should've expected this since the director has been pretty brave in implementing CG in a hand-drawn anime. I trust him, so I am quite confident this anime will also have good CG implementation.

It's not all CG though. Most of the things in this PV are hand-drawn.

To be fair, it's not only the dog that's CG.

While I haven't watched the TV series of Sekaisuru Kado, I did watched the prequel... this style reminds me a lot of it with the mixture of 2D and 3D which blends well. This is how you should really make CGI work well if you want to blend it with 2D artstyle.

Looking forward to it honestly.

Well yeah, but the dog is the only thing that's so obvious. Most of the CG you can barely tell IS CG unless you're really paying attention.

It's not entirely CG? Man that PV a while ago was super misleading then, it actually looks pretty good for the most part. Though it being by the Gantz author has me worried that it's going to start strong then turn to total shit by the end.

This looks great, and the CG seems cleanly implemented. I've actually read the manga a bit and I'll probably finish it before this anime airs. Though the manga isn't anything too special, a series like this might be more enjoyable if its animated. Also, MAN WITH A MISSION OP HYPE!! One thing that surprises me is that they got real actors to do the main leads. That's really cool :D

And that key visual is really hype looking. More anime should make their key visuals looks as stylish as this one.

Hmm, Man With a Mission.... That's the main (if not only) reason I'm kinda looking forward to this now.

Story is one of those that starts good, but deteriorates with time to the point of becoming subpar. And that last arc and ending... please do something about it. I can see a lot of disappointment already...

PV looked alright. The CGI bits I saw looked decent.

It seems to have a good animation. I only want that it not become in another ruined adaptation from a manga.

Not really. I could tell other CG things besides the dog without analysing too much. Like I said, this director is quite known for his use of CG & how he's not afraid to use CG in the foreground of hand-drawn anime(e.g. Tiger & Bunny, Karas).

No I'm not. Saying that you can't really notice the CG is just a personal observation. It's an opinion.

Of course. Here we go with "it's an opinion so you cannot say I am wrong" use by someone who cannot defend their argument. Just an advice, admitting you're wrong does not make you less of a person.

Oh, right, I am sorry. Because you do not have any argument for your opinion in the first place. My mistake. Maybe next time you have an opinion, provide an argument for it.
It's nice chatting with you. Goodbye.

And maybe next time you'll realize that it's not that serious, and you won't be such a tight-ass.

Now while I wasn't a fan of the manga's ending, in some way I hope they change it.

That said, I wasn't really worried about this being all CG as MAPPA is the best studio when it comes to implementing CG imo. From what is shown in the videos, it looks pretty good and I'm excited to see this when it airs.

One can only hope the hype doesn't bring a let down.

Everything about the PV is pure bomb. Anticipating mode on.

I guess we can expect a full adaptation since the manga is complete. The PV looks great imo with the theme song so far.

really good stuff, haven't noticed it's in cg until it was pointed out. I'm excited to watch this one, I read the manga long ago, while I stopped reading it, I enjoyed what I read, also I'm a big Gantz fan.
