according to the forum discussions there are 7 so far, i can only seem to find 3 episode.

Yes there is 7 episodes, the third episode should be about an hour long which is 3 episodes.

First episode was 2 (Mayoi Hell)
Second one was 2 ( Hitagi Rendezvous)
Last one who came up today was 3 (Ougi Dark)

40 minutes for first 2 arcs so 4 episodes, and 1 hour for last, so 3 episodes. For the total of 7 episodes.

Those three episodes are the seven episodes. The first and second episode feature 2 episodes each, while the last episode features three episodes.

It should be actually 7 episodes with 24 mins., cause on the Blu-Rays will split the episodes by sure (as in Tsuki, Hana or the first episode of Owari 1), and it's obvious that, such as the TV specials already mentioned, each episode will have both OP and ED, so, in total, it makes 24 mins. per ep.
