In the future, children can purchase a toy cape able to make them fly "really low and slow, but hey, it's flying", moderate strength and some resilience against damage "like if someone throws a rock at you". Nobita gets one of these capes in this chapter and then nothing really happens. Then a dog steals it from Nobita. Yeah not the best chapter out there.
