Any news on the newest volumes/chapters??

I've been binging the heck out of this manga since I first read it, and I am absolutely obsessed now. I finished up to vol. 11 ch. 3. After that, I decided to look at a time table for when the volumes came out in Japan. It was yearly! o.o

Wikipedia also says that up to only volume 10 was released, and I am a little confused. Were those three chapters a sample? When will the next chapters be released, and/or translated? I really wanna read the next chapter, and I don't think I can wait a whole year for this manga. I am absolutely in love with the characters and the story to this manga. Idk when the last chapter was translated and uploaded, but does anyone have an idea on when the next chapter will be out, and available to read?
