Started getting into coffee. I drink a generous cup in the morning, whenever I drink I usually am energized throughout the day. But sometime I take a cup before dinner.

If I don't drink I usually tend to get drowsy.

I get 8 hours of sleep daily, and run for 30 minutes in the morning. That normally keeps me energized enough, but a good way to get energy would have to be through diet. I'm still young so my daily intake of instant ramen is good enough.

Stable as anything. I never do anything with it.

Pretty stable. Sometime I find it sleepy during the day, but it usually not to the point that I "must" sleep. But when I was really sleepy, even coffee didn't help that much or maybe the effect didn't last that long.

Usually I feel normal, but start to feel really tired by the end of the afternoon (around 5 PM) despite not working or doing anything, but if I manage to not sleep, my energy will go back to normal.

My energy is pretty stable throughout the day but at around 1pm-3pm I become really tired. Afterwards my energy goes back to normal.

I drink 5-6 cups of my daily coffee just to keep my eyes open.

Avoiding any social interaction IRL also helps, they are the worse energy drainers.

I'm pretty stable, but I do need to do a daily run to Starbucks for a pick me up.

I drink one cup of coffee every morning, and sometimes decaff coffee in the evening. It helps. But I need that morning cup of coffee since I wake up shortly before 6am

Actually doesn't quite matter to me, I realized, except if I get an alarmingly little amount of sleep. I can work with full brain power from around 10am to 2am, with multiple breaks (and workouts, optimally). When I'm mildly sleep-deprived, I can be normal when I work/study and then get tired after that. But when I'm VERY sleep-deprived, expresso is a must. Either way I try not to be too sleep-deprived (or at all). I don't wanna be unhealthy.

I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, so I often experience fast & sudden drops in energy. Quite often I nap for an hour or two during the day, which I don't always want to do, as it interrupts my normal sleep pattern... but sometimes I just have to nap☹️
