| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well this was fairly interesting for a fantasy show. Pretty animation too for a show with such a simple premise. I've read the novel version for this before too and so far satisifed with this. Aletta is adorale and I like her already. Personally, I think this show has potential. They even captured my attention with the theme songs and music so far. |

| This looked very appealing when i looked it up and after watching it all i can say is, it was great. I really liked this it's so peaceful yet the fantasy part makes it very refreshing the characters that where so for introduced where nice as well. I hope the future episodes will be similar to this. |
| I smiled everytime they enjoyed their food. Am i that simple of a person? xD I dearly hope it stays this mundane and sweet. I already like both MC's a lot, the dragon lady is also interesting. This is my favourite of the season so far. |
| Really enjoyable first episode. I enjoy seeing people eat (thanks to Shokugeki) lol. I like the art, feels very unique mixing all these fantasy creatures in such a normal setting like a diner. |

| This feels like it's gonna be a really nice feel-good kinda show. Aletta had the hugest stroke of luck, huh? She managed to snatch a high-paying job with extremely short hours, then she's friggin' blessed/protected by a dragon. Speaking of the dragon, she's pretty great so far as well. Hope to see and learn more of the other regulars of the restaurant soon. |

| another surprise of the season, very good start and i recognized that chef seiyuu that sound like a gentleman lol. didn't expect anime that blatantly use "isekai" in the title to be pretty good. good apetizer before shokugeki no soma season 3 just like koufuku graffiti back then. the subs surprisingly isn't garbage considering it's CR(?) with translating all the background writings, titles, color coded and thanks god the honorific. |

| This should be a nice show to just unwind to while also serving as a sort of fill-in until the third season of Souma starts. And I'm not gonna lie, because of Souma, I thought the red dragon lady's clothes were going to come off when she was eating the beef stew lol. Anyway, the premise seems simple and nice so I'm looking forward to seeing more of this. |

| Nice start, really liked it. Watching the characters enjoy their food is really nice to watch, make me smile. I'm liking the chef and Aletta already, Dragon lady has got them assets. ;) Glad to see Aletta deciding to work at the restaurant. They did do some world building this episode but they weren't too clear about it. Are the human and demonic worlds separate or are they one in the same? Aletta mentions having taken a job in a human capital but then at the end of the episode she mentions 'she needs to find a job on this side as well.' Apart from my doubts about the world setting, the premise itself is really simple and I'm sure I'll enjoy this slow and sweet show. :) |

| It feels like Japan has anime that obsesses about food and sexy time so that the Japanese don't have to. I have no idea where this is going from the first episode, but I suspect that it's nowhere. |
| Better of what I expected. It seems it will be a pretty chill and enjoyable show. The character design is also very pleasant to the sight too (dem dragon lady), so that's a plus. Like some people has mentioned above, this will be a nice appetizer before the third season of Shouma. Is nice too seeing Suwabe voicing again a down-to-earth, calm, hunky main character who interacts with supernatural beings (first Itami in Gate, later Takahashi-sensei in Demi-chan, now the chef in this anime), but he is great overall, so that's a given. Btw, I lost my shit anytime the lion dude asked his next meal. |

| Pretty nice start so far, I liked it. The food looks damn delicious as well, lol. Looking forward to how this show will be. Also, nice OP and ED as well. I just noticed that the ED is actually sung by SaeKano's Megumi's VA, lol. Such a pretty voice. |

| This was advertised and built up as an isekai story, which is what drew me in since it's different from the usual fantasy adventure isekai stories that make up like 90% of the genre. Though this just seems like an ordinary slice of life fantasy which is great considering there haven't been many of those recently. Gonna have to wait for more episodes to form a solid opinion though. If this does well, we might see more of the occupational isekai stories adapted, like Parallel World Pharmacy, The Hero and His Elf Bride Open a Pizza Parlor, or I'm OP, but I Began an Inn. |

| 3 words to sum it up: boring food porn. I'm getting seriously sick of series fetishising food. It's not pleasant to watch, it's not interesting and it's not funny unless it's Yakitate Japan. Beating the dead horse is getting really overboard. Games, isekai and food got so overused in recent years looking for something watchable is like digging through landfill looking for a clean tissue. |

| I found myself watching this while eating a sandwich from Subway and it immediately felt wrong. Anyway, and I'm disappointed in myself for saying this because I normally love warm and fuzzy slice-of-life stuff, but I'll have to side with the minority and say there wasn't enough substance here for me to say that I truly enjoyed this first episode. Probably part of that lies in the fact that the food subgenre really never does anything for me. I will keep watching it, though. I want to like it. |

| This isnt Shokugeki no Soma level except for the food sort of but ill take it |
| Beautiful little gem of a show here. Loved the chill atmosphere and all those food montages. Plus, the little gimmick of how the restaurant is connected to the other world every seven days makes things interesting, not to mention how the dragon queen just blessed our little lost lamb at the end there by claiming her as possession. Looking forward to seeing where this goes. |

| This was great. Girls are cute and the chef is a cool dude. Loved how the dragon woman wants to protect Aletta, since she's working for the restaurant: her treasure, as she calls it. Mondays seem good for anime, what with this and the Youkai anime. |
