It literally says on the page though: alternative version.

Same events, retold in a different way, can be with or without deviations. Like how FMA:B is an alternative version of the original FMA.

Well since there is a world of magic, perhaps those two universe can co exist, in the world of LWA maybe there a bunch of alternative dimensions.

Perhaps the OVA universe is a universe which is pretty much the same except Shinning Chariot never stole anyone's powers at her magic show, perhaps that is why the OVA Diana is a little more snobby, she never had to regain her magic powers and thus was never humbled.

Thanks if LWA ever gets a full feature lengh movie, maybe that ought to be the plot, the characters from TV verse and the OVA verse meet and perhaps have to deal with some dimensional being that wants to destroy all the dimension.
