| I loved the episode, Ko X Rin in my opinion is a better ship than Aoba x Ko. It just Rin is so adorable (Kayanon did a good job). The Umiko x Nenecchi really didn't really stand out until now but overall it was a good episode. Visuals were really nice. |

| New Game is back for its second season and the first episode was very good. It reminded me of how much I enjoyed watching season 1 back last summer. =) The visuals remain very colourful and detailed and the characters interactions were fantastic as usual, mainly between Umiko x Nene and Ko x Rin. The only downside was the subs, which were pretty messy and lol worthy at times. I'll be happy to rewatch this episode when the Crunchyroll subs comes out for it. |

| Nth time mentioning that the subs suck. Might view some parts again when CR releases it. Good first episode, we jump right back into Aoba's career after Fairies Story 3 released. The visuals are always nice to see and the characters were cute af. Nenechi x Umiko scene was my favorite since they talked a bit about programming which I was fond of. Of course everyone in the cast is 18+, who would've thought xD |

| disregarding the awful subs (p comical actually kek), this first ep felt like a bit of a letdown. every char exhibited their little quirks in a bit of a forced manner in scenarios that felt a bit unfitting; felt a bit service-y |

| Umiko and Nenecchi on a d-d-date??? Even though they have the most opposite personalities in the show they still make a good ship. I loved their scene. Glad to see all the girls back. I personally prefer the Kou x Rin ship, because that way Aoba can ship with Hifumi and it's happily ever after for everyone. Will watch the ep again on Crunchyroll when it gets decent subs. |

| I just watched the first episode. What the fuck is up with the fansubs?! Who the hell is 'Himalaya'? Why are the girls referred as 'He' instead of 'she'? The episode was pretty good. Aoba's purple eyes and hair is looking awesome as usual (i really like that colour). Everyone was cute. From what I understood from the horrible subs (pun?), there's going to be a character design competition? Looking forward to better subs and the next episode. |

TheAncientOne said: Symphogear apparently isn't an easy license. Funimation only had the first series for a while because of their partnership at the time with NicoNico.com. No one simulcast the second series, and when CR announced they had the third, it actually took them a while to make the first episodes available, with them snagging the first and second series around the same time for their library. |

| god i love this series and so glad its back! ep 1 and so much already going on especially loved the Nene x Umiko part my fave 2 and best pair and best girls in the series it was nice to see that they're so close now, god how i missed them looking like another great season am looking forward to it and cant wait to see the new characters to show up and more Nene x Umiko moments |

| This was fantastic. Doga Kobo saving the season with it's quality animated cute girls. Still getting those quality Yagami ass shots. Hifumi has grown into even more top tier waifu material. Drunk girls doing cute things is always great. And let's not forget the ships. Yuri ships for you, yuri ships for you, yuri ships for everyone! |
