Why is this manga not tagged hentai in the genre?

In chapter 1 the mc had sex with Riho and then he had sex with asou again in the same day. And here I thought she is the good girl. Ecchi is misleading in this case, it's not even borderline hentai. Forgive me if I got the wrong idea as this is based on the first chapter first few pages only. And thank you for your explanations.

Sure, I haven’t read it yet, but ecchi includes sex. The difference between anime and hentai/ manga and doujin, is showing the sexual organs below the waist. In manga/anime, you can still touch them, and orgasm, you just can’t show the member
