Kaizaki simply doesn't have any clues that might lead him to suspecting Hishiro. From what he knows, nothing about Hishiro(aside from her socially inept personality) stands out from the rest of the class. I don't remember whether or not he knows that case 001 was a failure, but it still doesn't mean subject 001 should still be in the class. Hishiro, on the other hand: 1) knows that he had transferred at the beginning of the year 2) knows that Yoake stayed in the class even after Onoya became her support. 3) has noticed several adult-like traits and behaviors from Kaizaki Which, considering her attraction towards Kaizaki, led to her suspecting(and wishing) he was a test subject as well |
