I remember i loved the first season. Natsu was annoying, sure, but he was a japanese protagonist in all its glory and his asspulls and strength was awesome. Well.. I think the show has been severely diluted since then. Dragon slayers kept crawling through the woodworks even when it was said in the beginning to be so very rare. Now at episode 69 wendy pretty much becomes as strong as we've seen Natsu (kind of).. So.. Whats left of our protagonist? Just another member of fairy tail?

It's been a while since i took a break after reaching that dreadful spirit arc, so there's probably a lot i don't remember, but it's just not as interesting anymore. I love it when the protagonist with it's unique setup and mystery actually stays.. Unique.
