| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow, many ayakashis searching for Reiko. An ayakashi that wants to thank her. Forest's strongest two ayakashis fight over a female ayakashi and makes mess. She joins the battle for "boring" reason (just like the two), though "justice" a bit. She beat one up on one of two in her way, and another doesn't let her win in her way. She "used" (got their trust) everyone to get as many as possible. She led her go, but lol~ that ayakashi and female ayakashi got married (fell in love while searching for Reiko). Childhood friend (one boy one girl)? next. |

| I really feel like this anime doesn't get the attention it deserves |
| Finally an episode about Reiko again which is a good thing. It's nice to see her doing something good for a change she really helped out with saving that girl. |

| This episode was pretty in every aspect, good to know more about Reiko's past. I wonder if we are going to get a name back from a Youkai in the next episodes tho |

| It was nice to hear more about Reiko. Not only is she smart and cunning , but she's also sensitive and selfless. I always enjoyed how Reiko always has a loophole up her sleeve :) ( even though Hyakko's challenge was more of a miracle win than her usual win) Too bad Gomochi and Kibune couldn't have had their wedding before Reiko's passing, but at least Natsume got to attend and meet youkai who appreciated Reiko's kind act in the past. Overall, this episode was more sweet than bitter :) |
| Kind of sad. I wonder why Reiko always avoided connections with the Yokai. There were a few episodes in the past, too, where she never visited the Yokai after helping them. I guess she was like how Natsume used to be, but she managed to settle down with someone eventually. |

| Wonderful episode. Great to see more Reiko. She is confident, but crazy challenging Senki & Hyakko. Glad she won in the end thanks to the help from the other youkai. Gomochi & Kibune getting married was sweet. So great for Natsume to know what Reiko has done to help youkai. |

| T_T Reiko is the best MC whom we never got. I wish there were more episodes like this. She serves as a great foil to Takashi's character. |
| Reiko is such a badass in this episode. I love the way she stood up against those two youkai and using some clever tactics to beat the first one. Against Hyakko, it's nice to see the other youkai trusting in a human and putting faith in her. Nice episode, felt different than some of the others but still quite entertaining. |

| Finally more of Reiko, and it was definitely a lot of interesting stuff that we learnt about her this time, as well as about yet more youkai that Reiko helped out on a whim; I really hope we start to get more of this again, as nice as the rest of the show is. |
| This episode focused more on Reiko's past and one of her past experiences. That was really nice and quite sweet, really. Also, absolutely beautiful ending. |

| I really liked this episode. The last episode of friends seemed a bit rushed with two character stories and not enough details or something like that...it just felt like it was missing something but this episode about Reiko was very good. The wedding was really beautiful. I agree with some of you. I don't understand why Reiko would keep her distance to the yokai too. I mean, I know that some are good and some are bad, so the reasoning of being cautious is in there but even after she knows that the yokai aren't bad ones, she still keeps a distance. She wasn't accepted very well in the human world like Natsume, so couldn't she have found some solace with the good yokai and have friends/relationships that way? |

| Fantastic episode. Hopefully we get to see Reiko at least once after she became a mother. So far all the flashbacks (that I remember) have been of her when she was around Natsume's age. |

| Not that it wasn't a good episode (for me the entire series has been amazing) but episodes 6 & 7 are kinda frustrating after episode 5s cliffhanger. |
| A Reiko's episode, and it will be good too if we got more of her :) A bit different than usual episode but I like it too. Reiko managed to beat Senki and Hyakkou in the end. And in this episode, we also know that Reiko has more problems with her family. The wedding in the end to end this episode is really beautiful. The scenery is really nostalgic and lucky for Natsume, he could attend Gomochi and Kibune wedding party. I could say this is a really sweet episode. |

| Another wonderful episode for this show, I'm glad to see Reiko again, she saved Kibune but she did not manage to attend the wedding. The grandson, Takashi replaced her instead. |
| What a lovely episode. Really dug the visuals on this one. If I do have a (very minor) complain though - it would be the somewhat-still animation of Hyakko&Senki's mouths during speech, which lead to some awkward moments (I think that it might've been better to go with the approach of having their mouths completely shut while speaking, like other Youkai.) |
| That was definitely my favourite episode of the season so far. Plenty of interesting youkai in this one and it's always good to see some more backstory with Reiko. |

Natsume punched so many yokai through the duration of this series it can be drinking game. This is not a fighting shonen anime though...so if you are looking for fights,this is not anime for it. Anyway,it was another perfect beautiful episode and my fragile soul was touched and i teared up again. Reiko is/was amazing...........(i wish she married Kibune,hah). |
| A surprising episode, as I didn't expect we'd hear much about Reiko this season (I don't read the manga). It was also so different than the usual stories other Yokai have about her. The wedding was beautiful, and it's refreshing to see a hidden side to Reiko's personality! |

| Youkai is a lucky bastard, Reiko's merit, if he could marry that beautiful girl. XD A good episode that increases the charisma of Reiko and showing even better disposition and her wishes. |

| The best moment: So many yokai pitched in and helped Reiko in her second bet. She's such an independent and reclusive individual, so it's nice seeing her seek assistance from others. Even if she's using them, it's for a good cause, and they're all volunteers (except that poor yokai she threatened to chop its tail off). It's situations like this that lead me to pondering the "what if" scenario of her attempting to socialize with other humans more like Natsume has. Reiko would've been good in a leader role. She definitely had the commanding presence and authoritative tone for it (used to a healthy degree, of course). |
