| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Finally, the demon parade episode! I've been waiting for this episode for a while now. And it didn't disappoint. Another appearance from the Vestal Sprite, and another familiar friend that Watanuki helped earlier in the series came to save him in the end from the hungry demons. The White Mokona finally appears in the next episode. I can't wait. |
| Keith the Karasutengu lol. Also a pretty comical end with the nectar. Not to mention the interesting conversation between Yuuko and Doumeki. Great episode. |

| I love the Oden Fox! He's so cute. So was the cat lady. Why did the Vestal Sprite drop Watanuki when she touched him? Or was that just a plot device so that Watanuki and Doumeki could be saved by Oden Fox? Also, the animation seems to be getting cheaper, with the white line art instead of colored demons. They could have given the demons SOME color in the parade. |

| Watanuki got drunk, otherwise some amazing spirit designs and pretty funny "rescue", the fox boy even helped out. I have liked that the first half characters have started playing parts again. |

| Hmmmm...I don't think Yuuko sent Watanuki for the nectar, really. I think she conveniently places him in situations to be near the Vestal Sprite, kind of how she sets him up in situations with Doumeki. Also, is Yuuko training Watanuki to be her replacement? I'm getting the feeling he's more an apprentice than an errand boy - and she mentions that the shop was thinking of its future... I know Doumeki is supposed to be very pure, but I'm curious if that's why Yuuko doesn't want him in the shop... All sorts of questions were opened up by this episode! This particular episode reminded me of Natsume a lot. |

| Ok, soooo... was someone drunk when they made this episode? There was a pink elephant in the Parade. Nice. With Yuuko's conversation with Doumeki at the end, it makes me wonder what she's setting him up for. She's got something up her sleeve. It seemed to me that when he grabbed her hand, it made her nervous and she lost concentration and dropped him. |

| Such a great episode. :D Enjoyed every minute... and really liked seeing that cute little fox-kid again! And the Zashikiwarashi of course. I half-expected to see the Amerwarashi as well after that first Sprite appeared... Wonder if she was sitting back amongst the demons and just watching them all rampage to get at Watanuki or something, ahah. |
