MPL.

I used to use VLC but it is just fucking awful and probably the worst mkv file player available.

I don't like 'video' or wmv because they can't read 'flv' files. So I stick to VLC player.
Its also easier to fix 'aspect ratios', 'subtitles', and I'm able to use them in a playlist.

VLC master race. Been using VLC since it was in alpha it works almost 99% of the time. For whatever doesn't work I have Wondershare player.

VLC and MPC.
I found that bot of them have cons and pro and when vlc fails at something i use mpc.
Vlc bugs the subtitle for some anime and mpc doesn't show all the translated txt or doesn't see the order chapters op or ed.

Daum Pot Player

Many features, many shortcut, Can save your playlist and history, Nice audio and video. it's like MPC quality + VLC durability but with KMP feature.

and sometimes vlc, because if too many subtitles,Pot Player gonna crush. There is no problem except that. (fixed by last update). best media player ever i use.

Duam Pot Player as well from me. It kinda takes a lot of resources when playing uncompressed Blu-Ray Rips , however it's shortcuts and other features makes me prefer it above MPC and VLC.

Mpc Hc with or without CCCP.
Supports everyting, plays everyting cleanest UI and good customization.

And even saves some friends with older PC-s so they can play higher encoded stuff smoothly.

So basically good for everyone.

I currently use VLC, but I may consider switching now that I see MPC has so many users and good reviews.
