1. Will Willhelm and Ctholly ever get together?
2. In the last episode, 5, Ctholly got red in her eyes from the new monster and in the opening you can see a red hair Ctholly looking character. Is that Ctholly? What does the red mean? Does she become evil?
3. Will Willhelm start fighting alongside the girls?

1. In a sense, they acknowledge their love eventually though it takes Willem much more time cause he sees kutori on a similar level as the other fairies (as children) at first. So seeing her in the image of a woman takes him by surprise a bit, and he was content with having a relationship with her similar to almaria.
2. Basically her previous life is encroaching on her
3. Never. His body can barely stand a sparring match with kutori

Oh it hasn't been mentioned yet properly, but it was foreshadowed by the doctor that fairies can run into problems leading to mental disintegration in its worst case, but there was no need to worry on Tiat's case. Fairies are unnatural being as he stated. They are created from souls of infants that died and failed to recognize their own death so they wander aimlessly, or that's what said . The great sage is the one creating them.

Basically those little red visions of Kutori's are the memories of the original soul that makes her. If a fairy pushes themselves too hard and far then the encroachment begins.

But she will be okay right?
Also, in the very first episode you could see Willhelm (forgive me if Im totally wrong about this, my memory of it is cloudy) fall of a helicopter of some sort, will he be okay? Will any of the main characters die? Will there be any sadness?

Just saying, you shouldn't actively ruin the story for yourself.

I can tell you that what Kutori is experiencing with the red eye stuff is not impossible to recover from... sort of, in a sense. Hard to explain.

If you want to be spoiled, look up the LN translations on fgilan's site. The translations there are on the very last volume, and so you get some answers to your questions, and you get to enjoy it more than you would spoilers.
