Kasugai didn't qualify, because she was already recognized as one of the "Crestless Knights". It was already imposed as a rule. But Kasugai made a bold declaration of challenging Emilia. I wouldn't say it was a smart move, though, because Emilia Elsner, whom Kasugai challenged, was actually the most powerful Knight in all of Japan. That's like challenging the final boss early on in the game while your stats and equips are still low. >.> OK so who is this new girl that showed up at the end? |
