| After finishing this season, I got the feeling that they may have been setting up a new expanded universe to try and replace UC. We've got all the necessary pieces: 1) a bad guy that won, 2) a mysterious mobile armour and calamity war, 3) well over a dozen Gundams that have yet to be introduced, 4) Ride rebelling against the system, 5) a son of an MC. Maybe they were just leaving some stuff for the side manga, but this is just a lot of juicy plot to bite into. Anyone in the know hear anything? |

| A new gundam set in UC (soon after unicorn events) is coming out in the near future. I don't think they will ever be done with that universe and I'm happy with that. I started watching gundam with Gundam Seed; but after watching a couple of UC gundams I just fell in love with the lore and possibilites that universe has to offer. I'd be up for more IBO though. Mika's son has all the good reasons to start a new war. |
