 The 21st issue of this year's Shounen Sunday has announced that the combined 22nd and 23rd issue of the magazine will contain the final chapter of Daichi Sorayomi's Keijo!!!!!!!! manga. The issue will go on sale on April 26.Keijo!!!!!!!! has been serialized in Shounen Sunday since July 2013. The series currently has 15 volumes in print, with the 16th and 17th volume scheduled to ship on May 18 and June 16, respectively. An anime adaptation by Xebec aired in Fall 2016, and was simulcast by Crunchyroll. FUNimation streamed the series alongside with an English dub. The six Japanese Blu-ray and DVD volumes will each bundle a bonus anime, with the first volume shipping on November 23. Source: Yaraon |

| Members seem to have little misunderstanding regarding the news saying Keijo being axed and such. **Anime does't sell well actually won't lower the sales of manga in fact, it will either sell more or remain the same. Those who read the manga version won't just drop it because anime was bad.** Mostly the problem comes from the manga itself, Keijo manga has always been average from the start with a tiny boost from the anime. Currently the story in the manga Nozomi is fighting against the top/strongest Keijo to attain the strongest title in the biggest tournament, once Nozomi reach the top there then of course manga will end because no more stories to go beyond. Well in the world settings only Japan has the sport, Nozomi can't challenge the world. It will need to stop somewhere or another. |

| Honestly I never liked this show. But I feel bad for the mangaka. This kind of situation shows perfectly how the anime & manga universe works. If the sales aren't good in Japan no matter how successful an Anime was overseas: the possibility of a sequel dies. The only thing I found weird about Keijo!!!!!!!! is that the blu ray bad sales affected not only the anime but the source material as well. |

| Another example, that a girls only cast targeted at men wont be as succesful as a straight Harem show. Just watched the anime and liked it, but as far as what Ive seen there, there isnt any romance and just Subtext, if at all (besides 2 girls). And even if it would go full Yuri its still a subgenre. Well, what to say, Im not surprised, that it got axed, for whatever reason. But whatever, way more than 130 chapters isnt bad, if I would be the author, I wouldnt complain. ^^ |

| Where can i find the topic about the end of To Love-Ru Darkness? That was the real end of ecchi if you ask me. Keijo!!! was cancelled for extreme poor sales, by the way (Not just anime, but also manga sales, which is the principal reason to this cancellation). Moreover, i'm a man and Yuri on ICE is fucking good (I'm not a yaoi nor BL enthusiast but this title has its own merits, give it a try (There are also cute girls and brilliant comedy)) |

I was lost for words, as I believed we were doing fine in rankings. Today, I was informed by my editor that my manga is being removed due to the poor reception of the anime. The anime failed to make an impact, for advertising purposes, and the studio is carrying that loss because of it. It is my fault, and I am sorry. The source material should have been better and I've done a great burden. I was actually very surprised by the reception overseas.
