| Just want to say that Gungrave is one of my favorite animes and definitely one of the most underrated animes ever. I almost never hear people talk about it. The character development and the depth of the story is what stands out the most to me. Some awesome action on top of that. I strongly recommend this anime. Anyone else agree with me? |

| No. This show sucks. It started off great. But shit started to hit the fan and fly all over the place so fast. It was potentially an 8 for the first half. By the time the show ended, I couldn't give it any more than a 4. I was really disappointed because when I started the show, I couldn't eat enough. But when it turned into some sci-fi zombie shooter soap opera, it became a chore to watch. On top of that, the show introduced one of the most annoying and irrelevant characters I have ever seen. And the ending was trash. |

And the ending was trash. I could not disagree more. I think they did an excellent job combining and balancing so many genres together. Also I love the ending, and I have no idea what 'irrelevant and annoying' character you're talking about. You should have known by the first episode that science fiction and zombies was on the way. |
| I know this is a 3 year old discussion, but NO ending cliffhanger was absolutely unnecessary whatsoever, there is literally no point to have a cliffhanger at that point. also 2nd half was a drag just like above comment said. Not to mention all the deaths in second half were absolutely unnecessary, not contributing to the plot in any way (it was a worser version of akame ga kill). annoying character is probably suger daddy's daughter. I quite overrated for the score it has now |
