| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ooh, I kinda like how everyone is training and getting ready for the upcoming battle competitions. Event seems to be getting publicity as well. This was pretty much a buildup episode as it introduces the participants. Obviously, Deku and his class is featured the most so far. I'm actually quite hyped to see how they'll adapt the rest of this arc. A lot of heroes are in this and glad to see some action already as well. Todoroki is a badass! |

Make your name known during the Sports Festival Midoriya! Well...easier said than done. XD Lotta competition from the other classes like Hero Studies 1-B and General Studies. And then there's Todoroki! Calling out Deku after noticing the attention All Might has given him. I liked the extended training montage we got. Boy, the class looked pretty badass walking onto the field together, loved Mama Midoriya tearfully watching her boy. XD Nice to see Midnight again, with Aizawa-sensei and Present Mic doing play by play. And our first event is...the obstacle course race! And it hasn't taken Todoroki very long to start showing off...good luck Izuku! XD |

| Excellent episode! Season 2 is already better than season 1 in my eyes. It's just so brilliantly executed. They even extented the training for all the characters. The directing, choice of camera angles is so on point. That montage of Deku reflecting on what others said was so good. I love the subtle but effective OST. Things are getting hype. Time to get excited for the Sports Festival. The animation at the end was so freaking good! The animation in general is amazing, all the characters have so many little gestures and it really helps to bring out their personalities, Bones are going all out on this one. |

| Great episode. Everyone training hard. Inko is such a great Mom. Cool to see students from the other courses. Mount Lady with that sex appeal. Midnight looking good. LOL Bakugou "I'm gonna be number one". Woah Mineta was doing pretty good at the start & then the Robo Inferno's showed up. Todoroki was so awesome. Freezing everyone at the start & then freezing the Robot with his Ice. So freaking cool. Can't wait to see more. Plus Ultra! |

| Deku never ceases to amaze me. I love how he begins to think of a way to destroy the robots in a clear-headed manner as opposed to season one where he was scared shitless. He's developing slowly, but surely into the person he wants to be. I also love that Deku took Todoroki's words into consideration and used that to improve and give a clear understanding of the situation at hand to not only himself, but everyone in his class. Overall, amazing episode. 10/10 better than the manga. |

| Todoroki is boss. Can't wait to see what Deku pulls off next episode. I'm enjoying this so much the episodes only feel like 2 or 3 minutes. They are over in a flash. |

| I loved getting a small glimpse of the student's lives in the training montage. Momo's training being studying was my favorite, haha. Of course the highlight of the episode for me was Todoroki taking down those robots. It was beautifully animated and (I think) one of the first glimpses at how strong Todoroki's ice powers can be. |

| Awesome episode, all this stuff Bones are adding are making this arc even more awesome. XD Kacchan gives no shit, climbing to the top is all that matters. I love how this triggered Deku to reflect on everything his classmates have said and understand the scenario. The training extensions were great. Nice little moments of all the class members. Mt.Lady showing what being a hero truly means. XDD Kacchan feels a little left out since Todoroki didn't challenge but Deku. He's so gonna explode next episode. The pledge was pure awesome, Bakugou greatness right there. XD Obstacle Race finally begins and Todoroki wastes no time showing how super cool he is, the animation for his freezing is way way way too awesome. God I can't wait to see how they animate some of his other moves. Obligatory soundtrack praise, Bones use the soundtrack well for BnHA. There's never a dull moment at all. All in all, I am really really happy to see Bones going all out for BnHA. :D My hype has currently exceeded maximum levels, I want the next episode like now, I can't wait to see how they'll animate one of my most favorite scenes from the series. Can we have Bakugou do more PV's? XD That was gold. Plus Ultra! |

| Finally we have a decent pace! The episode was great and I liked how they extended the training scenes. Bakugou is hialrious as always. Cannot wait for the next episode. |

| this is getting very interesting. and they are certainly keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. tho i was a bit sad about the 2 weeks flying by in seconds but i can understand the time limit and maybe not have them bore everyone. either way another fantastic episode and one thats making me get the chills and shivers in hopes to see izuku perform to his best. one step closer to mastering one for all. but am i the only one that felt he could do with alot more confidence. kinda dislike the fact hes startled by the most random of things. that being the other classes coming to check class 1-a i mean come on man. but i think thats just a personal gripe i have :P |

| This was a great episode. Much better pacing than many in season 1 and definitely the first episode of season 2. Keep it this way bones, there are enough chapters. The Todoroki scenes were beautifully animated and I'm getting used to his voice as Kaji Yuki. I was pissed when he was cast in season 1 because I'm so sick of hearing him but I'm starting not to notice it anymore. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Todoroki is showing just how capable he is with his powers. The way he unleashed his ice powers to freeze the robot in his way was beautifully animated by Bones. =) Mineta, on the other hand, was determined to catch up to Todoroki, until the robots smashed him into an amusing cartwheel. The poor lad deserves more success. =P Thanks to Bakugo, the other classes are giving the rest of class 1-A a pretty snotty attitude. I'm hoping that the rest of the class can beat these robots and remind the other classes why they are in class 1-A in the first place. =) All in all, it was another great episode to continue the great start of season 2. |

| Entertaining Episode! I'm all fired up at their Game!!! Nice to see a glimpse of their training before the games, I LOL'ed at Kaminari's "YIRSHHH" moment right at the end. XD First game's an obstacle race! and poor Mineta he almost had his chance! haha! but I was mesmerize by that smooth sparkling animation of Todoroki's ice! Damnnn that was pretty cool! no pun intended Ragin Bakugou is hilarious as ever! HAHAHA! no, I mean Kachann in general is extremely amusing in this episode! his "It doesn't matter as long as you rise to the top" & "I'll be number one" speech is just pure kachann perfection! and Mad bakugou taking over the Preview! XD, I seriously can't get tired of Nobuhiko's voice. |
