How far is the manga in the novel's story?

I'm wanting to switch over to the novel, so I'm wondering what chapter of the novel the manga has reached.

Volume 4 Chapter 7 , between part 6-8. ( This is for web novel , i dont know about light novel. )

Definitely read from the beginning. It is not that much. I.e. manga only covered maybe 15% of the novels.
