How To:
1. Go to Control Panel (May have a other name if not on XP)

2. Look for "Regional and Language Options"(REGION in windows 8)

3. Once in that go to "Advanced" tap

4. Set "Language for non-Unicode programs" to Japanese and your done.

Doing this will make some programs show-up in Japanese but vary little. This is the best way of playing Japanese games and I run my PC like this all the time and all my US/EU/JP games and programs work great.

1.Open control panel (start->control panel)


2.Select “Clock, Language and Region”


3.Select “Region and Language”


4.Change to “Administrative” tab.


5.Click on “Change system locale”


6.Open drop-down menu and select “Japanese(Japan)”


7.Confirm with “Ok”


8.Restart windows
