| If I'm not mistaken, Gintama will be airing reruns soons which will have new opening and ending songs. Which is probably the new OP you're referring to. So Mal is probably listing season 4 as over once the original content has stopped airing. Not too sure how they'll work this out or list the new songs though. Soul eater did the same thing at one point and if you look at the soul eater anime page, it lists the new rerun openings. (Soul eater repeat show) instead of listing it on its own separate page. But if the repeats of Gintama are pulled from different seasons I'm not sure how they'll plan to list the songs. Guess we just have to wait and see. |

| Considering that only the new episodes of Enchousen were listed under its entry even though there were a bunch of older eps rebroadcasted in-between, I think it's pretty understandable if they'll classify this season as over with this as well |
