Background Art

Is it just me or does the background art for part 7 feel a little off. I don't know like it looks fine and all but compared to other parts there's less detail and more empty panels. Is it because I read it without colour or Is it just my imagination?

I've read it with color and as I remember right, I thought it has the best background art so far.
