I actually hope this is a hint at a second season (Besides the fact that is a promotional video for the last chapter of the manga), as the first season was really good.

Nope, that's it. As the MAL synopsis says:

"A short conclusion memorial PV promoting the final tankoban volume of the Blood Lad manga going on sale. The PV shows various moments throughout the whole manga."

It's basically just an ad promoting the release of the final volume of the manga.

Doubt it the manga has already ended and to be honest after season 1, Blood Lad got kind of boring.

Yeah it ended and even if it didn't, it would be meaningless for a second season if the manga was close to the end.

Not a too shabby PV, but the song was a bit weak compared to the rather intense animation!
