This is a thread where you can suggest anime/manga for the achievements that require custom lists: GAR and Mahou Shoujo for both anime and manga. (GAR manga is a new upcoming achievement). I'm making this as a separate thread for the ease of compiling the titles, and to keep the Suggestions thread cleaner.
Also, post any suggestions for the Banned Franchise Coupling here too.
Here, you can find the already existing lists, so please read them before suggesting anything here.

I have 3 requests for the banned franchise list
First of all, Mameshiba which seems to have clumped 6 franchises together
Mameshiba and Gintama (i see the movie is on the list, but not the main series)
Mameshiba and Gaist Crusher
Mameshiba, Inazuma Eleven, and Danball Senki
Mameshiba and Mofu Mofu
Mameshiba and Mahouka
And 2 other crossovers of recent popular anime that need added to the list
Inferno Cop and Little Witch Academia:
AnoHana and Kokosake

I got two more requests for banned franchise list
The first is a bit arguable, but Eromanga Sensei lists OreImo as "Other", when it would be more accurately described as a "Character" relation. Since i see Character relations don't group franchises anymore, i think Eromanga and OreImo should be added to the list.
Secondly, 3 more franchises got added to the franchise cluster caused by Mameshiba though this time i can't exactly find the culprit.
The series are
Isobe Isobee Monogatari - https://myanimelist.net/anime/31903/Isobe_Isobee_Monogatari__Ukiyo_wa_Tsurai_yo_2015
Haikyuu - https://myanimelist.net/anime/20583
Shokugeki no Souma - https://myanimelist.net/anime/28171
What i think is most likely to have caused this is this special, which might have been related to Gintama, Shokugeki and Haikyiuu, as they are mentioned in its description.
I remember a similar problem with 2 ghibli movies which were grouped in the same franchise for no apparent reason, and i don't know if it solved by itself upon a database update or someone manually changed it. Anyway, I'm sure this will be fixed until the next Gintama crossover!

For the banned franchise list, the following seem to be all included in the same:
Glass no Kamen: https://myanimelist.net/anime/506
One Piece: https://myanimelist.net/anime/21
As far as I can tell, these seem to be causing the problem:
Scratch x One Piece Film: Gold: https://myanimelist.net/anime/36240
Kamiusagi Rope x Boruto: Naruto Next Generations: https://myanimelist.net/anime/36564
Himitsukessha Taka no Tsume x Glass no Kamen Desu ga: https://myanimelist.net/anime/35612

3 more more banned franchise request:
Transformers, Super Doll Lica-chan and Chiisana Kyojin Microman (not that too many people have those in list but still) have been long united through this crossover
From EvanJellyOn's comments:
Majo no Takkyuubin, Alps no Shoujo Heidi, and Sazae-san were recently united through this crossover:
Pokemon and Rudolf the Black Cat (though on MAL they are character relations i dont get why they are related)
I'm sure it will be fixed until Sazae san ends!

For manga, would like to suggest de-coupling the InuYasha manga and InuYasha novel from:
- Cyborg 009
- Gin no Saji
- 009 Re:Cyborg
- Cyborg 009 Kanketsu-hen: Conclusion God's War
that stems from all of them being featured in 3.11 wo Wasurenai Tame ni Heroes Comeback.

OK, as today is the chance to get stuff added, here is another one, for GAR:
Rationale: This is the same original work novel "Starship Troopers" made into a live action movie of the same name by Paul Verhoeven. It's basically the rise of a rich boy in the equivalent of the space marine corps. Which includes rescuing people from a huge fire, all sort of bootcamp action, and fighting alien bugs. It's not all out manly-man, but close enough in my book. It's closer to the novel than the live action movie, and has less parody of facism in it. Basically a straight "becoming an adult man trough bootcamp and military corps spirit" tale.

^ Adding to the above : https://myanimelist.net/anime/14629/Starship_Troopers__Invasion and https://myanimelist.net/anime/36194/Starship_Troopers__Red_Planet
Those two CGI movies by Shinji Aramaki (2013 Captain Herlock movie, Appleseeds, Ghost in the Shell SAC 2045) are sequels to the film series. And it can be summarized to trained space marines killing aliens in space/on mars with the series' MC now being a badass experienced officer in a world where only the strong can survive (at least on the battlefront).
Also for GAR : https://myanimelist.net/anime/474/Macross_Plus (and its movie version : https://myanimelist.net/anime/1211/Macross_Plus_Movie_Edition )
This Macross OAV series focuses on the rivality between two ace mech/plane pilots assigned test pilots for two very different military projects. The duo used to be childhood friends, through past events tore them apart and they are pretty opposite, one being the strong & cold kind while the other is more of the carefree does-what-he-wants style. With the arrival of a common female friend, tension awakens again and they end up fighting both over the testing field & over that girl.
Another Macross, though this time for Mahou Shoujo : https://myanimelist.net/anime/28013/Macross_%CE%94
If Macross started as a mix of mecha fighting, romance and music working as a cultural/psychological? weapon, well music & waifus became more predominant over time (excepted OAV series such as Lovers Again, Plus, Zero) and Delta is the epitome of that (for the worst imo). It's 50/50 between the mecha pilots and an idol mahou shoujou group that sings in battle. Similar to Symphogear in a way (though they don't go punching enemies), they transform into their scene/magical girl form and go fight next to the mechs (which are supposed to assist the idol band, and will sometimes even move in choreography with them) with the power of their songs. As in they're running around, dodging attacks from giant mechs, having 'magical' powers and superhuman abilities through singing, etc... So in the end, it's kind of a mahou shoujo anime with mechas.

Rationale: Those are the short skits accompanying the episodes. Any bit as violent and GAR-ish as the main series, if not worse. See posting in episode 2's discussion for video links if you want to check that claim.
