✥ External communications (PM/IRC/etc.) are prohibited. You do not mention
the game at all outside of the game thread until the game is over. If someone sends you a message about the game, screenshot it and PM the host immediately.

✥ Do not keep notes on the game in any place within MAL. If you do this, and are caught by tagging/quoting players from the main game, you will be mod-killed.

✥ Do not quote, copy and paste or screenshot any PMs sent from the host. Doing
so will result in a mod-kill. Pretending to break this rule is the same as actually
breaking it. You may paraphrase, but use caution. Putting words or phrases in
quotation marks when discussing private communications with the host
in-thread is a violation of this rule. If you're ever unsure about what you
can and cannot say, run it by me first.

✥ Be respectful of the other players. Attacking someone's play, reasoning, or
opinions is acceptable; attacking someone with personal insults is not.

✥ You may PM the host with questions/concerns regarding the rules.

✥ Once you die you are not allowed to post anymore. You will be invited to a dead players club to discuss/spectate the game.

✥ If you are not in the game, do not post.

✥ You must play to your win condition.

✥ The Site & Forum Guidelines should be taken into consideration.

✥ Each Day phase will last for 24 hours, except for Day 1 (36 hours) and Day 2 (48 hours)

✥ During the day you discuss and vote.

✥ Each Night phase will last for 24 hours.

✥ You may post in the game thread during the night.

✥ PM the host if you wish to use your ability.

✥ Mafia will discuss who they want to kill during the night in their secret club.

✥ During the day phase, players can vote who they want to lynch.

✥ This game uses plurality and mayority lynch systems.

✥ Any player can change and/or remove their vote.

✥ Format use: Vote: Soren. Your vote will not be counted if you don't vote in the correct format.

✥ Tied votes will result in an RNG lynch between tied players.

✥ Inactivity is frowned upon and makes the game boring. So please be as active as you can.

✥ If you do not make at least 3 posts that contribute to the game during a day phase, you will receive a warning during the night.If you do not meet this requirement again you will be replaced or modkilled by the end of the day phase.

✥ This game only has two factions (Mafia/Town). No TPR is in play

✥ This is a closed set up with full reveal upon death.

✥ Bastard elements will not be revealed until the end of the game.

✥ This is role madness, so balance is not guaranteed. This game contains bastard elements. This means that the game may contain, but not guaranteed, the following: lies in role PMs, unrevealed hiddens - no hints would be provided, game changing mechanics, and modifiers such as voteless/suicidal.

✥ This game also utilises a majority lynch and a plurality lynch system. Majority Lynch system means that half the players and +1 must vote to achieve a lynch lock, votes cannot change and the lynch has been decided. The phase will end immediately. If a Majority Lynch is not achieved by the deadline, a Plurality Lynch (majority votes decides the lynch) will be used to decide the lynch.
