These have the no romance at all: -Black Lagoon -Drifters -Hellsing Ultimate -Samurai Champloo These have side romance that acts as an important part somewhere in the anime: -Cowboy Bebop -Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan -Rurouni Kenshin Another special anime which is comedy and yet not a slice of life: -Gintama |

| Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge - A listless MC who just wants to sleep. Nice easy pace, a little comedy, a good watch if all you want is something relaxing. Sakamoto desu ga? - Sakamoto is cool. Everything he does is cool. A living a legend of a man where everything he does just gets cooler and cooler. Both of these came out right around the same time and revolves around that one attribute of the MC which was interesting to watch and enjoyable. |

At first it wasn't but the focus of romance with the support characters and the last few episodes of that shit romance problem was 100% cringe for me. Sorry but IT. HAS. CRINGE. Natsume Yuujinchou and Mushishi doesn't focus on romance so it's garenteed not to have cringe. Avoid romance. |

| Saiki K is the smoothest anime to watch. It parodies slice of life and romance, so you can look down on the Clannad fans hand in hand with the MC |
