Recently I'd just finished few anime that adapted from game like tales of abyss, luck and logic, senra kagura, blaz blue, and sengoku basara.

I'm realized the anime above have many uncomplete plots, less characters and enviromental introduction, one time-used characters, and anything else.
But it can be easily understand if you played the game

So how about your opinion about my opinion?

depends on le anime :^)^)^)
some are original stories which can be kinda good (i think kancolle, shingeki no bahamut, wixoss are all like this)

danganronpa anime got me into the franchise
same with pokemon a thousand years ago

if you extend "adapted from game" to visual novels, some are more complete than others
and even if it's not, it can get you to read it

but most won't i guess ?_?

Eroge adaptations are basically advertisement for the games.

For example, one of the better adaptations, White Album 2, screams "if you wanna know what happens next, buy the sequel game".

And recent examples, Noraneko Heart and Wagamama Highspec. They both got an adaptation because the game was sold very well.

But Yuzusoft games have never had an anime adaption despite being the best selling eroge company for years.

Either for fans of the game or as an advertisment for the game (bar some very few rare exceptions maybe)

Shingeki no Bahamut was pretty good despite not knowing anything about the lore of the game.
I also heard Persona 4 is nice even without playing the game.

If you wanted tales, you should have watched symphonia instead.

On that note, plenty of VN like Clannad, Shuffle, Higurashi and the like don't need vn knowledge, nor are they vn bait.

As for non-vn ones. They are generally bad if they follow the game's plotline (with Pokemon Origin as one of the few exceptions)
