| I haven't seen either the film or started the show yet, but will probably come back and edit this if I am right or wrong. I believe that this will go down the "Ajin path" where there were originally three movies and the studio just took/are taking the movies and putting them into TV series format (with maybe some few extra small scenes to increase run time). |

| I think I'll stay with the TV version. Since I have lots of other airing stuff to watch and trying to pick up some older anime I like to watch this one slower. So if I understood it correctly they'll get some different mini character bonus episodes later when released on DVD/Bluray? I don't care about this. Not watching these anyways. As long as the plot is the same the TV series should be fine. Sound is the same for the movies - only better quality? (Or are they using different music tracks? That would be the only reason to watch movie then lol.) |

| There's no point of watching the TV series. It's exactly the same as the movie and the movie has already advanced to episode 8. |
