Conan's Board - Upgrade?

Earlier in the anime it has been a problem sometimes that conan board stopped working cause of the sunset. Since it's been running with solar power all along.

But in the newer episodes (last i have noticed it again was ep. 795) the board actually works at night aswell now.

And I just wanted to ask when this change took place is there any episode that expalins that?
