| So this is what they call "Friend with benefit" eh lol. Anyway i found the monologue of the Female lead intriguing, love the way they execute it, we can see the girl's fighting inside her mind a lot, perhaps trying to suppress what she doesn't want to admit. I like the art style, not too detail but still captivating. Probably will follow till the end. |

| I hated it -_- ! Loving someone and doing dirty stuff with someone else ? Doing ecchi for fun and replacements ? Replacements ????? The Graphics are amazing !! The story was totally bad , yeah well it happens a lot in real life but why in anime ? I'm glad that it's gonna be a tragic end , I hope they die ....... and guess what ? That bi*** has the same voice as your favorite female character! Nice |

| Interested so far in the concept. After a long time we got a darker more twisted romance which is rather nice... I am looking forward to see how the relationships are going to develop and maybe for some twists. Umm, animation is good, art is nice, music is forgettable for me, but it suits well with the show... |

| OP and ED both fit pretty well. Surprised the main chara isn't voiced by HanaKana, their voices sound very similar! Either way this was a great first episode - the plot is very interesting it looks like a mature romance. I was surprised at the ecchi scene too! Well, though I guess the characters cleared up they probably won't be having sex, just maybe some other physical stuff happening. I'm not a huge fan of the art/animation in some parts, and it definitely has a strong "manga" feel (like the panels and stuff) which is an interesting choice. Still, I think this has a chance to be pretty interesting depending on where this goes! |
| Amazing episode. 5/5 I don't even care what happens the rest of the series. Stand-alone, this episode was fantastic. I'm almost afraid the rest of the series will ruin it. This is like anti-romance or something. |

| Very nice! First anime since Nana that is graphic in intimate nature. I hope it becomes popular enough to get another season. I keep hearing people say the manga is in its 44th chapter so hopefully, they won't speed through the first season and give it a second one instead. |
| After the first couple seconds, I can tell the quality is really good! The atmosphere, the oundtrack used, everythign was on point. Pretty interesting, quite dark themed. And they got cucked beyond imagination :P |

| Very intriguing and very dark. I haven't read the source, so I'm not sure what's in store, but I do like the animation style. It's more loose than most of the anime I usually watch, but I really like the scene split they do in the style of manga strips, that's pretty cool to see. Still not a fan of this ambiguous use of the word onii-chan, I'm not an expert in Japanese culture, so it took me like half of the episode to figure out that she wasn't talking about an actual brother, but rather a childhood friend. The premise is what hooks me the most because I want to see where they go with it. Typically, these kinds of "arrangements" are hard to believe, but they seem to be justifying it in more or less serious terms. Hanabi is extremely passive and blunt. Not an voice acting expert (especially in Japanese), but her chilled monotone seems to be a reflection of her tortured attitude. This works well and conveys her melancholy. Of course, her passivity seems to pose a problem in regard to pursuing what she truly wants and this is what I hope to see picked away at throughout the show. I can tell that the writers are quite bold, or at least as bold as the source if the adaptation is in parallel. This is also one of the reasons why I'm intrigued, I can see a lot of potential for a great story. I've only watched Episode 1 thus far, but I definitely want to see more. |

| I don't have high expectations for this anime. This episode has given the story very little to work with. There is almost nothing going on beyond teen angst and almost hentai. It is clear this anime will be tragic due to the main characters having such a cynical and warped understanding of love, so we'll see if they actually learn that that is their problem. |

| I'm finally watching this. For some reason, the dialogue, voice actors manga-like panels, blank faces, etc. remind me of another series called Bokuga ga Ita. That's another heart-breaking romance series. It's kind of predictable and I can see where it's going but it's still enjoyable. Nice to see some physical intimacy between characters. I'm tired of that "everyone's a virgin in Japan, even the porn stars" attitude. |

| interesting, i really enjoyed this. i know we're supposed to hate the main characters and stuff but i actually kinda like Hana? Mugi not so much but i don't hate him. the only thing i want out of this anime is for Hana and Mugi to NOT fall in love, and if they do this will be super cliche. make a promise to not fall in love and then fall in love trope. i hope that doesn't happen also looks like there's a girl who's interested in Hana from the opening, sigh..those situations always make me sad because i know there's no hope |

| Wowza, that was a hell of a start. Very exciting and racy yet melancholic and depressing. "You can have everything except my feelings." It sounds so utterly insane, but that's probably what's required when they're as desperate about wanting to hold the one they love. I get the feeling one of them will break the pact in the heat of licking each other's wounds, but time will tell. |

| Pretty mature setting and atmosphere if you ask me, almost reminds me of School Days, but I do hope it won't be like that further down the line. The overall atmosphere and setting aren't all that bad actually, general pacing is also pretty decent so I do wonder what this anime has to offer in terms of story/romance development, but I really hope it won't go all haywire and ruin it. In general a good first episode and start of this series. |

| wow, I can pretty much relate to this kind of story. this sum up my love life, except the part where I can't find my scum partner to cuddle with, and the one I love is just another beautiful student. just by watching the first episode, I wish I could find a scum partner back then lol.. I love the animation style & art |
| Lovely first episode. This is exactly the kind of anime I expected it to be so far and I'm really enjoying it. I can't say I like the personalities of Hana and Mugi as individuals but I'm definitely enjoying their interaction and relationship (whatever that may be). It seems to make for an interesting story so I'm all for it. |
