Questions about Takami and Seiha

I was recently reminded about this anime, and some questions I had about it. I dropped this half way though, and I tried looking through the discussions and never found the answer.

Does the anime ever go into why Takumi acted the way he did? If I remember correctly it hinted that he also had health problems or messed up his shoulder.

And does it ever say why he tries to stop Seiha from playing, or what Seiha's health problems are?

A lot is hinted but nothing is truly explained, you are left with lots of questions and after watching the last episode you have no idea what they anime wanted to be or tried to do, at least that's how I felt.
