Action manga with emotional depth/substance?

Looking for an emotionally charged/make you think kind of manga but still with a bit of action and/or light heartedness

Manga I have enjoyed recently are:
Planetes
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles
Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer
Nabari no ou

I need manga thats in print (in English) thats available to buy.
It also needs to be complete/finished

Give Pandora Hearts a try. I think it checks all the points you ask for.

If you want a preview of what it is, there is an anime version that adapts the first 5-6 volumes of it. However it leaves you without any answers and has an anime original ending that sucks ass. Overall, it doesn't hold a candle to the manga, but it might be useful if you want to check before buying ;)
