Fullmetal Alchemist
| Just started this, currently on episode 8. It's been pretty good so far. Please don't tell me it starts to get pretty bad later on, like my friends have told me. Because i want to keep watching it. |

| Everyone dies in the end. The director took some nasty drugs when directing the last four episodes and although you'll often hear that it's a full complete adaption of the manga without any anime original content everyone is actually all in on the same joke because those last four episodes had nothing to do with the source material and instead were just the product of what you get when you combine shrooms, marijuana, and LSD. Ed turns into a dinosaur and starts tearing shit up and then Al gets his old body back, becomes a magical girl, and has to defeat Ed. A giant alien comes along and destroys the earth. Up to this point it was a good adaption, but the last 4 ruined it. Just read the manga instead. |

| It gets better to be honest. Keep watching it. Also an advice for the future: you can have your own opinion after finishing a series, so don't listen too much to others. |

| Moved from Anime Discussion Personally felt that the end was too...shounen-ish for lack of a better term? I truly appreciated the manner which it wrapped up all its loose ends, but I dunno. It's the reason why I can't exactly praise it over the 2003 version, but its confidence and consistency is the reason why I don't overlook it either. The series is still solid no matter what, and if you liked the first episodes fine enough, then the rest of the show should be fine for you too. |
| It doesn't get bad...but I do believe that it somehow slows down during episodes 30 to 40, the "least good" of all it's 10 episode groups. |
