which route the anime adapt from VN? the first episode when i look the 2nd confess turned down too if in vn it accepted and from wikipedia synopsis for episode 12 look like momoyo dead and in the vn it never happen in whatever route it is. can someone confirm which route is the anime? or it just compilation with the ending is made up? or the whole anime mostly made up?

i want to watch this since the vn so lovely, but after watching first episode and read synopsis of last episode it such a let down.

No route in particular, anime original. The first episode adpat the war from momoyo's route though.
