| No, someone said believing one race is SUPERIOR is wrong. But because I personally find white european woman attractive, does not mean Ifind them to be "Superrior" in all aspects. When one goes to date someone, appearance are very important. And honestly, as a male Im physically not attracted to the vast majority of people of certain color. I don't believe there is a superior race, nor do I support that thought. I'd date someone of any ethnicy if both physical and mental attraction are there. It just happens I rather eastern european woman's overall physical appearance. The intelligence or mental part can come in all shapes and sizes, and in any person on the planet. |

| i wanna say yes but honestly you can't really control what you find attractive. i've dated women of all types of races because it doesn't really play an issue into whether or not i find them attractive but for some people it does, at least on a subconscious level. i run into this sometimes though; like, i'll find a latina chick or a black chick attractive but when i try and get on that i'll get a "i don't date white guys" response. i dunno if they really mean that or i just didn't have any game that night or what, but yeah. now, if you find a girl attractive but won't date her specifically because of her race, then you're a racist. |

| Having a preference for race is no different than liking someone based on their weight or hair and eye color, if you're just getting into the visual aspect. Skin color, eye shape, bone structure- they're just physical traits. I don't want to date a super-skinny, pasty-pale, blonde guy. Does this mean I'm biased against any of those traits and won't befriend someone with those traits? no, it just means I don't want to have to imagine Hugh Jackman every time we doink because I don't find them arousing. If you're talking about the culture aspect- it's the same as religion. I'm Catholic, so I want to date a Catholic. Spaniards, Italians, those from South America, etc. are more likely to be Catholic whereas most people from Asian countries are not- it's a fact. I'm not going to marry an Atheist/Tao/Shinto/Buddhist/Muslim/Whatever no matter what country they're from and so what if that means I'm less likely to date or be attracted to a certain culture? When it comes to romance, I am trying to find someone that I want to be with, sleep with, start a family with, do practically everything with for the rest of my life. So Yes, I am going to be picky. Extremely picky. Does this make me racist? No, it just means I want to be happy and I want the person I'm with to be happy as well. | I don't think it's racist when it comes to likes and dislikes in romance. This is how I see things: I'm Hispanic, my skin color is a light tan, this is what I prefer in girls. #1 Latin girls with a color the same as mine or a bit lighter or darker, NOT too white or NOT too dark. #2 Asian girls (what can I say, ever since I got interested in Asian culture, they look very HOT too me.) #3 White girls (this is the LAST alternative, I don't like it that much since most are actually RED than white, and that's a HUGE turnoff) |
