| Uhm... that's not what genre tags are for. They are the genre of the anime, as in the themes and style, not whether it is appropriate for a particular age. Seinen refers to a young adult male audience, but that is not to say it someone younger can't watch it (though they may simply not get as much enjoyment out of it). What you need to look at is the age rating. That is exactly what the notion of age rating was invented for, to tell you the type of content it has and what ages it is suitable for. That is what tells you if it's appropriate, and if you'd actually looked, you'd see it's rated R - 17+. In other words, no it is not something a 13 year-old should watch. |
