YOI is about mature, adult professionals already competing at the top level of their sport. It's goes far beyond queer subtext and brings it into actual text, the "cannon level" of their relationship aside, it's far more than the causal teasing.

Dive is about a high school club trying to make it the big leagues. In that regard, it's much more likely to be like Free, Haikyuu, or KnB than YOI by a lot. The level of maturity of the characters, realism of the sport, focus on sport vs character/relationships, and queer bait level is currently unknown. It could even end up being more of a "collect club members" anime than it is a sports anime.

Just an FYI people multiple hot guys + sports =/= all the same.
