While Jakotsu and Suikotsu fight Sesshomaru, Kikyo arrives and interrupts the battle by purifying Suikotsu's jewel shard. Suikotsu, finally free of his killing persona, reveals the origins of his conflicting personalities.

DO THEY SERIOUSLY THINK THEY CAN KILL SESSHOMARU-SAMA!? They clearly underestimate how much of a beast of a demon this guy is! Jakotsu only had luck on his side when he managed to disarm him of his Tokijin but still was no match for him.

LOL ^_^

It was impressive how Sesshomaru took both of them out by throwing away the Tokijin. If only he had aimed for the neck both of them would've been dead.

Even inside the barrier Sesshomaru practically beat both of them. And alas, the end of Suikotsu has arrived.

Koga: 1
Sesshomaru: 1
Ginkotsu: 1
Jakotsu: 1

It looks like the band of seven are killing themselves xD First Ginkotsu suicides and then Jakotsu takes the jewel shard out of Suikotsu.

Over half the band of seven are dead and Inuyasha hasn't even taken out one of them. Interesting wouldn't you say?

So far our 4 contestants are tied with 1 kill each. Who will be the victor? With 3 kills remaining, it's still anyone's guess!

LOL I was thinking the same thing! All that's left is Jakotsu, Renkotsu, and Bankotsu. I remember InuYasha takes out at least one of them, and I don't remember about the other 2, but I won't spoil which one(s). InuYasha will get some points on the board eventually xD

You know, Kikyo, it's not like only the undead end up dying and paying for their crimes... Valar morghulis.

Anyway, Suikotsu died the same way he lived : in total confusion. It was kinda a sad end, mostly considering that this guy had serious mental issues.

At least Suikotsu died in a state when he was good.

Damn, Sesshomaru was such a badass. Were it not for the barrier he would have easily taken out both of them. He got close with that cool double attack (sword-throwing and hand-impaling).

This was a very good episode. The premise was interesting, there was some nice intense parts, and even some good emotion in Suikutso's flashback.

Suikotsu's evil side is probably a coping mechanism to deal with the fact he killed that soldier, which contradicts his pledge to save people lives.

Pretty sad, the situation made him a killer, at least he is at rest now.

glad that suikotsu died as the doctor and not as killer, his flashback were good.

in the end miroku and sango ended without finding anything, 'till the end...

and inuyasha thinks about the weather xD
wonder what will be his next move...

I wanted Sesshomaru to show up for a reason: because he's nonchalant and fucking cool - that's how it went, axiomatically cool.

At least Suikotsu could die peacefully as a doctor. His backstory of killing a soldier ends up making him having a killer persona is quite sad. RIP

Not surprising that Sesshomaru is still way above those two even in the barrier, he can almost go toe-to-toe with Naraku after all.

Sesshomaru really is in a league of his own...

All in all this was probably one of the strongest episodes of the whole show so far. Great action, character growth, plot development...

...and Inuyasha just angrily floating in the stream...

Sesshomaru's a real one for listening to Dr. Suikotsu's dying words inside the barrier instead of fucking off.

Suikotsu was definitely the most interesting member of the Band of the Seven. Sad to see him depart so soon.
