| Not really. It tends to be primarily kept to myself while I try to have some sort of sociable knowledge of the outside world that adds to the potential of me making friends. But that's only one part, whilst the other aspects I'm struggling to grasp the concept. As for the friends I already have, they know about my interest in anime. But I don't force it on them. |

Most of my IRL friends who watch anime are either have watched it even before i'm become an anime fan or i have befriended with them first, before knowing that they also like to watch some anime.. |

As to find new friends because of anime, worst yet, never ever a single one. Anime lovers in my country are generally too young, and my friends are all adults about my own age. |

| Yeah. My brother and I were out with his friend, who happens to be Japanese. I mentioned the original titles of a few shows from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and she thought I was the coolest. "How do you know these shows?! You're awesome!" Now, we regularly trade recommendations, and I teach her about American anime fandom. I also made another friend because I saw that he was wearing a Goku hoodie, and we hit it off. Most of my online friends are people I met through anime fan pages, as well. |

| Yes, I think only once during high school, but our friendship wouldn't last long, lol. Mainly because we'd lose touch because none of us would speak to each other because when I tried to talk to them, they would either not be as enthusiastic as me when speaking about a new series, or they would be busy playing video games. And the other reason would be because they turn weird and only like ecchi anime, rip. As to your second question, I managed to turn one friend into liking anime, which is amazing because we suddenly have a lot more in common now! |
